मशरूम के फ़ायदे-
Ingredients of Mushroom in Brown sauce are as follows-
Mushroom-250 grams
Onion - 2 medium sized
Garlic cloves - 3-4
Carrots - 2 medium sized
Capsicum - 1
Tomato -2
Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
Flour- 2-3 tablespoons
Coriander leaves - To garnish
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Cooking Method-
First of all chop garlic, onion, carrots and capsicum. Cut Mushrooms into slices. Make tomato puree. Chop coriander leaves. Now Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion. When garlic and onion get golden brown, add tomato puree and carrots in the pan, Cook the carrots for 3-4 minutes. Now add flour and stir it. Then add capsicum and some water to make gravy like consistency. Cook the gravy for 3-4 minutes. Add mushroom to the brown sauce gravy, add salt, garam masala and chilli powder. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Mushrooms in brown sauce is ready to serve. Garnish it with coriander leaves and put a teaspoon of butter in it. Serve it chapati or parantha.
